401(k) Savings Plan
Save for tomorrow through payroll deductions and AT&T will match a portion of your savings We know the importance of investing for the short-term and long-term. Our employees receive a generous match on their contributions (up to 6% of eligible compensation) from AT&T. Our 401(k) savings plan offers a broad range of investment options, including a brokerage account, to meet your unique needs.

Specific roles also receive a pension to further help with your retirement planning.
Disability
Short-term and long-term disability (available to certain employees) as a continued source of income if you are absent from work as a result of illness or injury. A waiting period applies.
Life, BTA and AD&D Insurance
We know it is hard to plan for the unexpected. We offer Life, Business Travel Accident (BTA) and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) coverage to help provide financial support when our employees and families may need it most. Basic coverage is provided at no cost and supplemental coverage can be for purchased for an additional cost.
