Our employees receive a generous match on their contributions (up to 6% of eligible compensation) from AT&T. Our 401(k) savings plan offers a broad range of investment options, including a brokerage account, to meet your unique needs.

Disability
Short-term and long-term disability (available to certain employees) as a continued source of income if you are absent from work as a result of illness or injury. A waiting period applies.

We offer Life, Business Travel Accident (BTA) and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) coverage to help provide financial support when our employees and families may need it most.
