There are many factors that go into finding a career that suits you. Just as important as the opportunity to do impactful work is access to the benefits you and your family need. In this series, we’ll be taking a look at the benefits of #LifeAtATT.
Today, the spotlight is on family planning and care benefits. Whether your family is just starting or continuing to grow, we’ve got your back.
Paid Leave
At AT&T, we have a family-friendly leave policy that enables employees to support their families without dipping into vacation time. Parental Leave for new moms and dads. Caregiver Leave for team members who help support family members with medical needs. Bereavement Leave for the death of an immediate family member. The number of days offered differs between types of leave and position.
Caregiver Support
We provide child and eldercare options for team members including:
- An alternative for back-up care for children/adults
- Planning support for senior care
- Enhanced family support services including tutoring and household help
“The best part about our caregiver benefits is how they enabled me to really get to spend time with my kids. We had so much together time, and the leave helped provide that. My advice to new parents: take your time because you’ll never get this time back.” — Kelly-Ann Clarke, AVP Senior Legal Counsel
Additional Support
AT&T also offers access to additional benefits to assist in your family planning. Adoption and Surrogacy reimbursements are available to team members who need them. We also have numerous Fertility Services including fertility treatments, cryopreservation and expecting parent concierge.
Our employees enjoy even more benefits focusing on healthcare, PTO and beyond.
