Connectivity Experts manage day-to-day responsibilities through our new app. Using an “earn as you learn” model, the app tracks your progress and gives points based on completing tasks and trainings. The greater work you do, the more points you’ll earn.
Brief, daily learnings and engagement in the app help team members learn new skills and keep them up to date on the latest product offerings. Completing job responsibilities and making sales also earn points. These points in-turn make our Experts eligible for winning rewards like exclusive swag and bragging rights as the top seller leaderboards are also in the app.
