If you enroll in an AT&T high deductible health plan option, before tax payroll contributions can be made to a Health Savings Account (HSA).

Additional Health and Wellness Programs

Employees also have access to several supplemental plans and additional resources to extend their health benefits even further.

A supplemental benefit program that offers coverage for designated experimental services and expanded benefits generally not covered by your typical medical plan.  A small monthly contribution applies.

We also offer several supplemental benefits programs that offer coverage for you and eligible dependents including:

  • Critical Illness Insurance: Payment up to an amount for diagnosis of certain illnesses.
  • Accident Insurance: Payment for an accidental injury or for treatment due to an accident.
  • Hospital Indemnity Insurance: A set amount per day for admission to a hospital or in-patient rehabilitation facility
