Top performers committed to their personal development and exceptional service have the opportunity to become a Certified Connectivity Expert. With a progress-tracking app, these motivated Team members “earn as they learn.” Completing trainings and providing exceptional service, team members earn points and move up the ranks until they earn their certification.
Certified Connectivity Experts receive the maximum incentive payouts and get exclusive swag. Leadership recognizes these top performers and those who show a dedication to the company’s growth mindset.
Lawton, Oklahoma

He shared with us his excitement not only for his own career growth, but also what being a Certified Connectivity Expert means for customers coming to Lawton. “It was important to me to become certified to increase my earnings and also show that I have what it takes to really be ‘The Expert’,” Jaun explains. “For our customers, the title tells them that I really know my stuff and they’ll be taken care of in our store.”
Cap City Mall, Pennsylvania
