There are several customized learning paths with over 21,000 courses to help our people strengthen their skills, develop new ones, and explore other areas of our business that interest them. Our entry-level positions are focused on building a foundation so that you can grow with us. Many of our leaders started in retail or technician positions and have often held roles across departments in their time. We also offer leadership and career courses, both developed internally and through partnerships with learning institutions.
If you’re a college student or in the early stages of your career, we have over 20 internships and development programs. These programs are designed to connect the next generation of innovators with our current leaders to gain real experience in their fields.
Financial assistance is offered for team members who seek to further their education. Over the last 5 years, more than 10,000 employees have utilized tuition reimbursement to obtain a degree.
